At Hijab Stories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your hijabs or garments and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is free of makeup or perfume scents.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at a local collection point, then keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
